Refund policy

CAR FRESHIE REFUND POLICY:

◉ Freshies are custom made, NON REFUNDABLE. 

If you have an issue with your freshie, please reach out to me so I can resolve the issue!

CLOTHING/ACCESSORIES REFUND POLICY:

◉ Clothing/Apparel may be returned within 7 days after receiving the item(s) with tags still attached. Please reach out to me with reasoning as to why you’re returning.

◉ Exchanges are accepted under these circumstances. Ex: wrong size or manufacturer’ default.

SHIPPING POLICY:

◉ Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

◉ Once I take the the packages to the post office, it is out of my control on the delivery of your package, I AM NOT responsible for lost/damaged packages caused by the post office. I am only able to provide the tracking number that is also provided to you in a confirmation email once your package has shipped. 

◉ If you are having trouble with your package, PLEASE contact postal services and they can help assist you.

PRIVACY POLICY: 

There are options at checkout to assist in keeping your information confidential and as protected as possible! 

◉ It is in my best interest to keep everyone’s personal information safe!

FRESHIE CARE:

◉ KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS, TOXIC IF CONSUMED.

◉ Hang the freshie immediately once taken out of package. Do not place freshie on dash or any hard surfaces, as the scent/color may stain or damage.

◉  May melt in EXTREME temperatures (100°F+). Do not place in wax burner or attempt to melt.

◉Fragrance will last approximately 2-5 weeks depending on the scent chosen. 

◉ I AM NOT responsible for any damage or replacements due to misuse.
